Basic color setting:

It’s very simple. The principle is to make realistic noise and distribute color from black white amount of the noise.

In Musgrave texture, change method to “Multifractal” for soft contrast.
And turn “Dimension” into 0, increase “Detail”, and increase “Lacurarity”.
Then connect converter > “color Ramp” to distribute some colors at your will.
