I applied a material node on the woman’s face for roughness of skin.

The node is below. The left nodes from the texture to the diffuse shader are responsible to bump roughness.
The upper side is common roughness throughout skin. The conjunction of musgrave texture and noise texture renders uneven pattern.
The lower side is remaining holes of pimple. It contains a chain of voronoi texture and noise texture.
Then the two trains joint at vector math’s add node.
Close up. Some hairs and moles are failed. But focusing on the skin, it seems to be real when it is compered to the original version.
